His company, Bruel Industries, owns a big chunk of New York City’s most sought-after real estate, and together Emily and Louis embody the perfect hot fairy tale couple for ten happy years of marriage.

Can Emily and Louis rewind far enough back to a time when life was simpler and love was all they needed? Follow their story with the help of some of their favorite songs from the 80’s to discover just how deep and how far love will go.
Wow, this was such a fantastic read! “Love in Rewind,” was my first time reading Tali Alexander and I was completely sucked into this novel. Emily and Louis’ story is something of a fairy tale from the first moment they see one another. Although Emily is only 18 when they meet, they quickly fall into an intensely romantic love affair and a seemingly perfect life. Many years later in their marriage, Emily begins to notice changes in Louis, prompting her to worry about him having an affair. Louis does have a secret and is preoccupied, but is trying to keep things from Emily. Lack of communication and assumptions result in both Emily and Louis questioning what they could have done differently in their marriage. Unfortunately, I can’t go into the story more or there would be major spoilers, but from beginning to end this is an incredible story of falling in love, marriage, family, and friendship.
As much as I loved this story there were times that it all sounded too good to be true, but after finishing it I started thinking that sometimes things can be that good and people can be that blessed and find their one and only true love. I can’t say enough about Emily and what a wonderful character she is, and I truly felt for her during difficult times when she was questioning her own worth and accomplishments in life. The author’s writing is smooth and easy to follow, as well as, completely addictive, and I cannot wait to read the other installments in this series. This is a great love story that you will not regret reading!
